The Joyce Family Foundation Bursary - Entrance Student

Eligibility: A Central Alberta resident who graduated from an Alberta high school within the last three years and is entering the 1st year of a Red Deer Polytechnic post-secondary program in the upcoming academic year as a full-time student. The student must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person of Canada. The student must be entering their first post-secondary program and have a minimum high school average of 62%. The student must provide a reference letter from an individual who is aware of the student’s personal circumstances and can speak to their resilience in the face of adversity and potential for success in their post-secondary studies.

Criteria: Financial need

Note to Students: The Bursary is renewable for a total of 4 consecutive years of study for students who maintain a GPA of 2.0, have continued financial need, and who show an on-going commitment to work with a mentor throughout their program.
